INSURANCE FOR HEARING AIDS

We will accept most insurance plans, however, not all insurance companies will accept us as a provider.  We will do everything possible to keep contracted with our current insurance companies and strive to build relationships with others.

All insurance policies, even those within the same company, are not the same.  For this reason a member's insurance plan must always be confirmed prior to providing services.

What to expect when you check in.

• One of our staff members will greet you and ask you to fill out paperwork. Please come 10 - 15 minutes early.
• Please have insurance cards ready so that they maybe copied.
• We will have our insurance person call and speak with your insurance company to see what benefits are available to you for your hearing needs.
• Roy will have a personalized visit with you and do a hearing evaluation at this time. Please bring your questions and concerns to discuss with him.
• Roy will then take you to speak with our insurance person and discuss what information was found out from your insurance company.
